Assembly Instructions

  1. Pull the chair seat with the old swivel & tilt mechanism still attached off the chair base
  2. Detach the old swivel & tilt mechanism from the chair seat
  3. Insert the new swivel & tilt mechanism into the chair base
  4. Attach the chair seat to the newly inserted tilt

Takes approximately ~15 (fifteen) minutes. 2 (two) person installation advised.
